INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Participants are requested to submit abstracts online to the Congress Secretariat from September 30, 2008 until December 15, 2008. Please, note that abstracts can only be submitted online.
Only abstracts submitted by authors who have registered for the congress and have paid the registration fee will be accepted.
If the author of a refused abstract decides not to attend the congress, the registration fee will be refunded.
For online abstract submission please CLICK HERE.
Authors can suggest posters or free paper presentation. The final decision, however, will be taken by the Scientific Committee once all abstracts have been assessed. This procedure is necessary for an efficient Abstract Handling. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Abstracts will be approved according to their scientific/clinical merit and should be based on previously unpublished data. Abstracts must be submitted in English only. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present at the Congress if accepted. Abstract acceptance and programme scheduling will be communicated to the corresponding author’s e-mail address. Hard copies of abstracts will not be accepted.
Authors shall limit the abstract text to 250 words (excluding title). Moreover they are kindly asked to avoid using special symbols as they might be displayed incorrectly when being processed to the database. The abstracts will be printed as they have been received. With the submission the author automatically agrees that the copyright of the abstract is transferred to EAORL-HNS.
Authors will be able to draft the abstracts online and may return to the site to edit the texts of the abstracts if necessary. Authors are free to finalize their texts and submit their abstracts at any time before December 15, 2008. No changes can be made after this deadline.
